Job Description

  • Client Acquisition and Management: Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with VIP and high-profile clients, ensuring their investment needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and personalised service.
  • Deliver exceptional service quality, adhering to the company's standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement customer service processes and systems to monitor and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to achieve goals and objectives related to client acquisition and retention.
  • Analyse client behaviour to identify unspoken needs and prepare key customer analysis reports.
  • Demonstrate exemplary conduct, upholding the company's values and code of conduct.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Wealth Specialists, Senior Bankers, and Client Service Managers, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, particularly with VIP or high-profile clients in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analogical and problem-solving abilities.
