Job Description

Drive alignment and execution of all SEA product and brand initiatives at both country and customer levels. Ensure comprehensive 360-degree delivery of SP/SS packages and initiatives, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and planning teams. Maintain excellence in Sales and Brand presence at the customer's point of purchase for our client's Performance/Style lines, aiming to boost sell-through at key accounts. Support the execution of country-level sell-in meetings.



  • Achieve Category Financial Targets
    • Align and achieve financial targets for the category within the country, adhering to SEA guidelines regarding net sales, margins, sell-through rates, stock turnover, and market share.
    • Collaborate on the category forecasting process with local Sales and Planning teams, ensuring alignment with SEA requirements and meeting SP/SS targets.
    • Ensure compliance with SEA's range, including fixed retail launch dates and RRP/Margin strategies.
    • Provide coaching, support, and brand concept guidance (SP/SS) to trade partners.
    • Develop and implement a competitive, tailored Marketing Plan for key accounts within budget constraints (SWB).
    • Oversee and coordinate sell-out plans in collaboration with sales and marketing, taking end-to-end responsibility for account execution.
    • Review and report on the performance of Trade Marketing (TM) activities, measuring KPIs and ROI.
    • Partner with sales to deliver core brand concepts at the customer level, aiming to increase shelf space.


  • Support Sell-In and Key Account Pre-Line Meetings
    • Actively support sales during pre-line meetings with key accounts, using the SEA Category Management team's initial range and sell-in package. Summarize account feedback for SEA input.
    • Prepare for trade meetings by finalizing channel segmentation, and creating sell-in presentations, and catalogs.
    • Regularly monitor adherence to distribution channel guidelines for the set range.
    • Facilitate the delivery of the category product range to internal teams and key retailers.


  • Campaign Management
    • Lead the full campaign process to ensure campaigns are effectively planned and executed, optimizing sell-through performance.


  • Consumer and Competitor Insights
    • Analyze brand positioning in the market, gathering insights on target consumers.
    • Track market trends, study consumer behavior, and monitor competitor activity to uncover opportunities and address key challenges.


  • Team and Personal Development
    • Regularly evaluate team performance to enhance skills and potential.
    • Seek new challenges and learning opportunities to drive business improvement, broaden expertise, and strengthen business acumen.
    • Align strategies with specific market conditions as necessary.


  • Excellence in 360 Package Execution at the Market Level
    • Define specific guidelines for the Sales function on product availability by the retail door and distribution channel, ensuring alignment with SEA's local category range and distribution strategy.



The Successful Applicant

Professional Background/Experience

  • Education: Degree in Business/Marketing Management
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in Outlook (Intermediate), Word (Advanced), Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint (Advanced)
  • Language Skills: English (Advanced)



Functional Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years in marketing management with a leading brand, including at least 3 years in product management. Experience in additional marketing areas, such as merchandising, brand communication, or sales, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others within an organization.
  • Results-driven with strong numerical abilities.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly.
