Job Description
The ideal Production Manager, reporting directly to the GM located in Vietnam, will be responsible of the following activities:
- Manages directly production departments with an hiring plan of 200 workers
- Prepares annual budgets aligning with global teams
- Leads the team towards the annual targets in term of revenues, margin, product costs, quality, lead time, customer satisfaction and productivity
- Facilitates the implementation of the Lean Manufacturing
- Ensures that ISO 9001:2015 standards are respected
- Is responsible of safety and respect of all HSE policies
- Cooperates with global functions for forecasting the outputs, prepare weekly and monthly reports for the global organisation
The Successful Applicant
The preferred candidate has Bachelor Degree in engineering or Business Administration combined with 7+ years experience in a high tech manufacturing environment. Solid experience in start or ramp up plants is also highly recommended together with Lean Manufacturing deep knowledge.
Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is compulsory
