Our client is a plastic manufacturer serving their customers within multiple industries and product applications, including automotive, consumer, etc.

Job Description

The successful candidate will report to Factory Manager and perform the following tasks:

  • Lead production operations, collaborating with department heads to set objectives and achieve targets.
  • Engage in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation (such as workforce and raw materials).
  • Coordinate workflow to meet customer specifications and deadlines, including managing project risks.
  • Supervise and assess the performance of production personnel (including quality inspectors and workers).
  • Plan and forecast maintenance activities and equipment purchases to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant codes, standards, QA/QC policies, and performance specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders, offering technical support and assistance.
  • Propose technical improvements and solutions to meet customer requirements within project budget constraints.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical or relevant field
  • 5+ years in manufacturing field with the production management position
  • Good at English and Vietnamese skills; Chinese speaking will be a plus
  • Proven experience in project management and production control / management
  • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
  • Excellent organisational leaderships skills with strong interpersonal / communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
