Job Description

As a QA (Senior) Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to maintain product integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, BRC).
  • Control and monitor quality of raw materials, packaging, semi-finished and finished products.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.
  • Providing training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
  • Preparing and presenting quality performance reports to management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QA (Senior) Manager should have:

  • A relevant 3-5 years of experience in a Quality (Senior) Manager or similar QA leadership role within food processing companies.
  • Proven expertise in quality assurance, particularly in meat processing is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, 5S.).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
