Job Description

  • Act as the final quality gate before production releases
  • Define and enforce release readiness criteria across teams
  • Design and execute test strategies across frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations
  • Build and maintain automated test frameworks (E2E, regression, integration)
  • Integrate quality checks into CI/CD pipelines for early issue detection
  • Perform deep validation across user journeys, edge cases, and system behaviors
  • Lead performance, load, and reliability testing for critical workflows
  • Investigate production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve overall quality standards
  • Continuously enhance QA processes, tools, and automation efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years in QA/QC, SDET, or software quality engineering
  • Strong experience in both manual testing and automation
  • Solid understanding of API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., k6, JMeter, Locust)
  • Ability to analyze logs, debug systems, and identify root causes
  • Strong ownership mindset with confidence to challenge release readiness
  • Detail-oriented while maintaining focus on user experience and business impact



Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI/ML or intelligent systems
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and fast-paced startup environments
  • Background in SaaS, HRTech, or multi-sided platforms
