About Our Client

Our client is a top-tier American Furniture Brands specialised in High-end Furniture.

Job Description

The successful candidate will report to Quality Assurance Director and take accountabilities for:

* Lead, develop and supervise a team of inspectors for production in Asia,
* Develop a robust quality assurance (QA) strategy for casegoods, ensuring products meet defined and high quality standards and specifications.
* Implement inspection protocols and oversee quality checks at various stages of production (raw materials, in-process, and finished goods).
* Work closely with the internal product design and development teams to ensure the manufacturability and durability of designs.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key casegoods manufacturers in Vietnam and other strategic regions.
* Monitor and assess supplier performance on key metrics such as production capacity, lead times, and compliance with corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental standards.

* Collaborate with product development, and logistics teams to align sourcing and quality strategies with broader company goals.
* Facilitate communication between internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of sourcing and production plans.

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree, proficiency in English and Vietnamese is required. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control within the furniture industry, particularly in casegoods.
* Proven team management skills
* Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, materials (wood, metals, laminates), and quality control systems.
* Experience working with Vietnamese manufacturers and a deep understanding of the supply chain dynamics, and regulatory environment.
