Job Description

  • Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams across multiple technology domains.
  • Establish local centers of excellence in world class software engineering
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering productivity, tooling, and quality.
  • Collaborate with global delivery and staffing teams on capacity planning and execution.
  • Support presales and solutioning with technical insights and delivery models.
  • Ensure compliance with global quality and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and develop engineering talent to build a high-performance culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with 6+ years in management roles.
  • Proven success in building and leading international engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
  • Background in financial services, fintech, or enterprise transformation is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese or having experience working in Vietnam
  • Passion for innovation, team development, and delivering impactful solutions.
