Job Description

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute regional IT strategy for e-commerce aligned with business objectives.
  • E-Commerce Systems Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of e-commerce platforms, ensuring scalability and system security. Work with platforms such as OMS, WMS, payment gateways, CRM systems, and more, ensuring all integration are designed, implemented, and maintained to perform optimally.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and ensure high availability and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs and ensure smooth integration with other systems.
  • Lead Digital Innovation Projects: Deliver transformative digital consumer experiences by leveraging solutions like APIs, ETL processes, and microservices tailored to each application.



The Successful Applicant

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience managing and building e-commerce integrations, including working with diverse IT systems. 5+ years of relevant technology experience with minimum of 2+ years in eCom tech.
