Job Description

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and develop a team of 4-5 Area Sales Managers (ASM) to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Strategic Execution: Implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and ensure strong execution in the GT channel.
  • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to strengthen distribution, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Performance Management: Set KPIs, track performance, and provide coaching to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to drive sales initiatives.
  • Reporting: Report directly to the National Sales Manager and provide insights to shape business strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in FMCG sales, with proven leadership in GT channel as Senior ASM upper.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Growth Mindset: Proactive, results-driven, and continuously striving for improvement.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of GT sales in South Vietnam, including distributor management and retail execution.
  • English good - communicate effectively to Expat
