Job Description



  • Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across the region (80% focus).


  • Manage and nurture key accounts to drive long-term partnerships (20% focus).


  • Develop tailored packaging solutions by closely collaborating with product and technical teams.


  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate services.


  • Regularly travel within the region to meet prospective and existing clients.


  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to senior management.


  • Negotiate and close complex deals in line with company pricing and value proposition.


  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance visibility and lead generation.



The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience in regional B2B sales, especially in packaging or related industrial sectors.


  • Network within the Textile, Garment, and/or Electronics manufacturing industries.


  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the region.


  • English communication for working on a daily basis.
