Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
  • Driving the implementation of operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales and operational plans to meet performance targets and enhance profitability.
  • Managing the planning and execution of retail operations.
  • Ensuring optimal customer service standards across all retail outlets.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and shrinkage reduction efforts.
  • Analyse business performance metrics and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Leading and developing a team to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within the retail industry.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the retail market, including competitors and consumer trends.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a multi-store environment.

Proven experience in a managerial role within the retail industry.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and growth.

Strong understanding of retail operations and industry trends
