Job Description

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Managing and expanding relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Preparing and presenting accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade exhibitions to promote products and services.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business, Chemistry or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the industrial, food ingredients industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese for effective communication.
