About Our Client

Our client is a well-funded SAAS start-up in Vietnam that has established strong partnership with well-branded companies here in market and in region. They are looking for Sales Head position to join their team.

Job Description

Your responsibility:

  • Acquire new clients who potentially will spend for in-platform marketing
  • Build, coach and manage the team of inbound and outbound sales rep and sales manager in the country
  • Build process to enable the whole team meet the sales quota in a regular basis
  • Work with Product, Regional Sales and Customer Success to align on the GTM strategy

The Successful Applicant

Successful applicant:

  • Master/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, with +10 years working experience in Sales position.
  • Strong presentation and pitching, negoation skills.
  • You are able to create diverse and inclusive team environments that are at once data-driven, proactive, collaborative, empowering, supportive, and challenging-ones where sales do their best work
  • You have a proven-track record in hitting quota, building team in multitier and multi regions
  • You have a high tolerance for ambiguity and change, especially around organizational structure and the boundaries of your role. You enjoy jumping into whatever areas need attention and learning as-you-go.
  • You value direct communication, particularly when giving and receiving feedback
