Job Description

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client base.
  • Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects.
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
  • Providing leadership and support to the sales team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience within the B2B Industrial sales, especially to F&B, Personal Care Manufacturers.
  • Knowledge in Flavors & Fragrances ingredients markets and trends.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in bọth Vietnamese and English.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
