This role requires a passionate Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market penetration in the FMCG industry in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring maximum visibility and availability of our product line.

Job Description

Sales Planning & Operations

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for GT & MT channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations, promotions, and trade marketing activities with key accounts and wholesalers.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and manage a team of 6-7 sales representatives & merchandisers.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to drive team effectiveness.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture and ensure team alignment with business goals.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Report directly to the Regional Director
  • Work closely with internal teams (supply chain, marketing) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for management.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in managing sales for both GT & MT channels within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to develop and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Intermediate/Good English communication skills.
