Job Description

  • Manage the sales team: set individual objectives, follow-up on performances via KPI, coach and motivate team members,… in alignment with the company guidelines
  • Develop sales strategies, budgets, and goals in conjunction with the General Manager and SEA Sales Director
  • Lead internal sales meetings, conferences and trainings
  • Develop and execute required marketing plans and strategies
  • Be the role model in promoting the usage of CRM system
  • Develop new markets and/or introduce new products and services to the markets
  • Assess employees' strengths and development needs and establishes personal development plans
  • Responsible for recruiting and training team members in cooperation with General Manager.


The Successful Applicant

  • Having at least 5 years of industrial sales experience (sheet metal and/or production equipment) is preferred
