Job Description

  • Develop Market: Identify and capture new opportunities in Vietnam's indirect sales segment.
  • Manage Channels: Build strong distributor and partner relationships to drive growth.
  • Execute Sales: Achieve targets through engagement, pipeline management, and deal closure.
  • Prospect Actively: Seek new customers with persistence and adaptability.
  • Analyze Market: Monitor trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide strategy.
  • Ensure Compliance: Align with corporate policies while adapting to local dynamics.
  • Report Performance: Deliver timely updates on sales, forecasts, and insights.
  • Handle Additional Duties: As assigned by SEA Director.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, Applied Physics, or related disciplines
  • Sales experience in industrial or commercial water solutions, pumps, or related sectors
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and channel management
  • Strong network within Vietnam's HVAC, water or industrial sectors
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a competitive environment
