Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive new business growth in electronics, semiconductors, and medical device sectors
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
  • Preparing accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Providing training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade shows to promote its offerings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in sales within the Packaging Industry or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales/business development experience within the packaging Industry, Electronics / Semiconductor / Medical device ecosystems.
  • Strong track record in managing FDI manufacturing clients.
  • Language Proficiency (Mandatory): Fluency in Chinese and English.
  • Mobility: High flexibility to travel regularly between the North and HCMC.
