  • Responsible for sales performance in SEA regional scope for GT & MT sales.
  • Manage P&L annual budget and sales via distributors in Vietnam & Cambodia

Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Business Director in setting sales goals and strategies.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.
  • Coordinating with the marketing department to create effective sales campaigns.
  • Training and mentoring sales representatives of distributors to improve performance.
  • Monitoring sales metrics and compiling reports for distributors.
  • Addressing customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assisting in budget planning and expense management activities for sales.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure company-wide consistency in sales strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role in the FMCG industry, prefer Food & Beverage companies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • English good
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-oriented mindset.
