Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

· Develop the market in the designated region by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key customers

· Reach sales targets according to company sales strategy

· Promote products to design companies, highlighting their features, benefits, and applications

· Establish and maintain a network of regional agencies

· Collect market information, competitor intelligence, and customer insights to support our marketing strategies

· Prepare timely and accurate reports on sales and market

· Other work assigned by the Sales Director or other senior management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

· Education: College degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred

· Experience: More than 5 years of relevant work experience in building materials sales, preferably with European or U.S.-based companies

· Communication Skills: Excellent communication and learning skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English

· Personal Qualities: Aggressive, honest, hardworking, and results-oriented
