With a keen focus on expanding their footprint in Southeast Asia, they are seeking a driven individual to play a pivotal role in Vietnam's market.

Job Description

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets for focus product lines and meet annual operating plan commitments.
  • Manage both direct and distributor channels across Vietnam.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts by understanding their needs.
  • Regularly engage with top decision-makers to maximize business potential.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a current sales funnel.
  • Deliver field services and troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Coordinate projects, quotations, and documentation with a high level of technical expertise.
  • Ensure safety compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10 years of experience in the industrial sector, with good sales record.
  • Proven experience in direct customer engagement or channel distribution.
  • Efficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
  • Preferably experienced in the flow/level instrumentation industry: O&G, chemical, Solar, especially Bio tech.
