Job Description

As a Cluster Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overdeliver monthly financial top line and bottom-line targets by market/distributor
  • Manage annual forecast and phasing with local distributors, securing confirmed orders and closely working with supply chain to secure demand and assure shipments OTIF
  • Explore the opportunity to build a regional distribution agreement covering multiple markets to manage complexity and simplify business model
  • Manage current and new distributors agreements, with accretive commercial policy negotiating commissions and setting volume targets assuring YTY growth
  • Co-lead with Distributors, discussions, and agreements with key customers in market including tender quotes, bidding, and contracts
  • Stakeholder Management to ensure cross functional Marketing/Supply/Finance and Regulatory alignment & support for daily operations and new product launch processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cluster Lead you should have:

  • 12+ years of experience in sales/operations/general management for prescription products (different Therapeutics Areas), consumer healthcare (CHC) products in a medium to large sized reputable organization/s.
  • In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical industry and Southeast Asia market trends, key sales channels, and key customers, SOUTH EAST ASIA experience is a must
  • Previous distributor markets management experience is a must
  • Knowledge of key business functions such as market access, Marketing, Regulatory and Pricing
  • Open for non-Vietnamese native speakers to cover SEA region, based in Hochiminh City (Vietnam)
