Job Description

  • Lead the attainment of business and marketing objectives for our brands, encompassing market share, volume, net sales, gross margin, operating profit, and brand equity.
  • Formulate a comprehensive long-term vision and strategy, translating it into actionable commercial plans.
  • Take ownership of developing the execution plan, along with the annual and 3-year Brand Plan.
  • Spearhead the creation and execution of integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns, utilizing the most pertinent and contemporary touch points.
  • Provide marketing leadership for innovation projects and collaborate with sales and channel marketing teams to ensure the efficient building of brand equity.
  • Identify and leverage relevant consumer and shopper insights, offering guidance on the composition of the brand portfolio.
  • Effectively manage Advertising and Consumer promotions for our brands across both On and Off-trade channels.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong leadership skill (manage a team of 5 people), focusing on people development and management while guiding the team towards successful market executions.
  • Require over 8+ years of marketing experience
  • Record proven of success in brand management, including TVC and digital, media strategy (with a focus on digital), innovation. Creative thinking is a big plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing and business functions in the FMCG sector is essential.
  • Demonstrated strengths in marketing competencies, especially in Brand Planning, Brand Strategy, Communication, and Media Management.
  • The ability to adapt to change, operate effectively in time-constrained and multitasking situations, and strong analytical skill, decision-making, influence, communication, and presentation skills are required.
  • Lead cross-functional groups and managing local stakeholders, as well as forming close partnerships with Global and Regional commercial teams, local Sales, and Channel Marketing teams to formulate and execute annual marketing plans.
  • Inspire, motivate, and lead multidisciplinary project teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • An achievement-driven personality is sought, with the ability to thrive in conditions involving multiple priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication is a must.
