Set up automated dashboards to track key performance metrics.Influencer & Advocacy Management:Design and execute influencer marketing strategies, including budget planning, contract handling, compliance, and performance optimization. Work with the Advocacy Manager to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.Agency & Partner Coordination:Manage creative and influencer agencies, select suitable partners, and oversee collaboration with local content creators and nano/micro influencer platforms.Content Strategy & Execution:Develop and scale a content production model that responds quickly to cultural shifts and audience preferences, integrating both in-house and creator-led content.Innovation Pipeline:Champion experimentation by testing new features, partnerships, and content formats unique to the Vietnamese digital landscape.Capability Building:Lead training initiatives to upskill internal teams and embed best practices around content development, influencer engagement, and digital tools.Livestreaming Leadership:Lead the formulation of a holistic livestreaming strategy tailored to the Vietnamese audience.
