Job Description

  • Define and execute data science strategy aligned with regional and global goals
  • Lead and mentor a team of senior and junior data scientists
  • Deliver advanced analytics prototypes and scale high-value solutions
  • Oversee end-to-end data science projects ensuring timely and impactful delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed insights into business strategies
  • Drive R&D to identify emerging analytics opportunities and technologies
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Ensure governance, standardization, and MLOps best practices across platforms
  • Build partnerships with external vendors and enhance AI capabilities

The Successful Applicant

  • Advanced degree (PhD or Master's) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 10+ years in data science, including 4+ years in leadership roles
  • Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and big data technologies
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to translate complex insights for non-technical stakeholders
