Job Description

  • Provide regular commercial performance analysis to senior management and channel leaders for the local market.
  • Analyze direct-to-consumer (DTC) performance, identifying insights at various sub-channel levels.
  • Manage regular channel reporting, including inventory reviews, operational expense reporting, and investment tracking.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to track performance and analyze profitability.
  • Conduct B2B analysis, assessing sell-in vs. sell-out performance, product mix, and margin impacts to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with finance teams for margin analysis and overall commercial performance evaluation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize trade term efficiency and customer strategies.
  • Assess the commercial effectiveness of investments and customer segmentation.
  • Develop tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate on inventory management and planning for the market.
  • Control operating costs and budgets for channels.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support business needs and decision-making.



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10 years of broad finance experience in Retail/FMCG
  • Strong commercial acumen, advanced analytic skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
