We're looking for a seasoned Senior Infrastructure & Platform Architect to lead the architecture, strategy, and execution of core platform services including systems optimization, A/B testing infrastructure, user engagement. Job Description

  • Lead strategic initiatives across four key areas: Intelligent Content Delivery, Experience Platform, Engagement Platform, and Scalable Media Processing Infrastructure.
  • Architect and implement intelligent routing, real-time experimentation, and personalized engagement across push, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with SRE to modernize legacy infrastructure using cloud-native solutions.
  • Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team (backend, frontend, mobile, QA).
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure platform scalability, security, and dynamic configurability.
  • Present platform health and security insights to senior stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years in software/platform engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Proven experience in building scalable platform services or internal developer tools.
  • Deep knowledge of A/B testing platforms (e.g., LaunchDarkly, Optimizely), and customer engagement tools (e.g., Braze, Firebase).
  • Strong cloud and DevOps experience (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
