Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute capital-raising strategies targeting institutional and private investors.
  • Build and manage investor relationships through roadshows and strategic engagement.
  • Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of real estate investments across multiple sectors.
  • Oversee financial modeling, risk analysis, and investment committee processes.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and optimize asset management strategies.
  • Advise senior leadership on market trends and investment strategy.
  • Building relationships with external partners to strengthen the company's market position in Vietnam.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking, or fund management.
  • Proven track record in capital raising and investment execution, ideally in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
  • Deep understanding of the Vietnam market and investor landscape.
  • Strong network of institutional and private investors across Asia and globally.
  • Excellent financial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
