With a legacy of reliability and innovation, it delivers essential, behind-the-scenes value where precision and performance matter most.Job DescriptionAs the Senior Manager - HRBP, your main responsibilities will include:Strategic HR Business PartneringLead the implementation of People Strategies aligned with global and business unit objectives.Translate corporate goals into actionable HR initiatives tailored to site-level needs.Collaborate with the Transactional HR Manager to develop and manage cost-effective HR budgets.Continuously review and enhance existing HR processes and practices to support business transformation and growth.Partner with business leaders and HR experts to design and deliver effective learning, development, and succession planning programs.Talent AcquisitionCollaborate with business leaders to assess current and future staffing needs and create efficient workforce planning and sourcing strategies.Ensure timely and high-quality hiring through cost-effective recruitment channels.Coordinate with relevant HR teams to deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.Employee & Industrial RelationsDevelop, implement, and communicate site-specific industrial relations policies aligned with company-wide ER strategies.Lead collective bargaining discussions and provide expert guidance on ER matters to maintain a positive employee relations climate.Ensure all ER policies and practices comply with internal standards and legal requirements to mitigate risk.Support restructuring and resourcing activities, including layoffs, as needed, while ensuring compliance and sensitivity.Monitor and enforce compliance with labor laws and regulations through audits, health checks, and external stakeholder engagement (e.g., government, auditors, and customers).The Successful ApplicantThe Senior Manger - HRBP should possess the following requirements:Bachelor's degree as minimum.At least 10 years working experience in HR field, minimum 3 years practices either in the area of recruitment or/and industrial employee relation and /or as HR business partner role at management level.Solid and comprehensive knowledge in local labour law, regulations and rules and in depth experience in applying labor laws in day-to-day HR activities and planBasic knowledge and experience in talent management and succession plan and career path advisory, Sound knowledge in generic interview skill and assessment toolsCustomer focusStrong team workGood ability to communicate and coordinate with a dynamic and diverse team across countries and oversea to deliver goals.Demonstrated growth mindset, agility and results orientation.What's on OfferIf you're a seasoned HR professional ready to lead strategic people initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment, we invite you to apply.
