Job Description

  • Own the full product lifecycle-from concept, research, and design to launch, iteration, and improvement.
  • Define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for products in Origination, Payments, or Lending.
  • Partner with business, design, and engineering teams to drive sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
  • Use customer insights and data to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Align stakeholders and ensure transparency on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in digital/tech-driven companies, ideally in fintech, payments, or lending.
  • Strong technical or engineering background preferred.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving mindset; strategy consulting experience is a plus.
  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complexity.
  • Skilled in crafting exceptional digital experiences and communicating effectively in English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
  • Scrum/Agile certifications are a plus.
