Job Description



  • Store Management:
    • Oversee daily operations of 10+ retail stores, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
    • Ensure stores achieve sales targets, profitability, and key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), and customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze and optimize store performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.


  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, coach, and develop store managers to build high-performing teams.
    • Set clear goals and expectations for store teams and provide ongoing feedback and performance management.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and continuous improvement among staff.


  • Sales and Customer Experience:
    • Implement sales strategies and campaigns to maximize revenue and market share in the region.
    • Monitor and improve customer service standards across stores, ensuring a premium shopping experience aligned with the brand.
    • Drive store teams to meet customer service goals, including NPS and customer feedback.


  • Inventory and Visual Merchandising:
    • Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained in all stores, minimizing out-of-stock and overstock situations.
    • Work with the merchandising team to implement effective in-store displays and visual merchandising that aligns with brand guidelines.


  • Budget and Financial Management:
    • Manage store budgets, expenses, and profitability, ensuring cost-efficiency.
    • Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions when necessary.


  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure stores adhere to operational standards, including health and safety regulations, cleanliness, and store maintenance.
    • Implement and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.


  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
    • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of retail trends and provide insights for business strategies.
    • Report on sales performance, market trends, and store operations to the Retail Director.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of multi-store management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
