Achieve top sales results through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge, contributing to the global team performance, key responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrate team work by sharing selling techniques with Sales Associate
- Monitor individual target in terms of daily and monthly sales
- Know how to handle objections from clients to conclude sale
- Act as a role model for Sales Associate by demonstrating outstanding customer service
- Fill out and update client book, build relationship with customers
- Ensure the upkeep of the sale space and the image of the store
- Contribute to stock management
- Able to maintain floor display area and merchandise
- Carry out delegated tasks efficiently
- Ensure customer service beyond reproach
The Successful Applicant
A Senior Sales Associate is required to:
- Have good understanding about the market, especially about luxury brands/products
- Specialize in Sales in luxury brands/goods
- Be self-motivated to work independently and work with a team
- Have good communication, leadership, organizational and problem solving skills.
