Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Strategic Alignment

  • Lead the implementation of regional supply planning programs to enhance cost efficiency and service quality.
  • Contribute to the development of the site's supply chain strategy and provide planning insights to regional operations.
  • Oversee local execution of supply planning strategies, including capacity modeling and leveling.



2. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure supply planning operations meet or exceed safety, service, quality, and cost targets.
  • Drive initiatives to improve service levels and cost performance.
  • Lead change management efforts related to supply chain development and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor service levels and lead actions related to the country's S&OP processes.
  • Analyze market trends and cost/service evolution to support planning decisions.



3. People Development & Culture

  • Build and sustain a high-performance culture within the Vietnam supply chain team.
  • Implement training programs to enhance planning capabilities.
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent, fostering career growth and team engagement.
  • Promote collaboration, agility, and a culture of accountability.



4. Compliance & Responsibility

  • Ensure all planning activities are conducted safely and in compliance with environmental and corporate policies.
  • Maintain adherence to regional directives and regulatory requirements.



The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

10+ years of working experience

Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Proficient in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Collaborative, customer-focused, and results-driven.
