We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Manager to lead Sourcing Initiative for raw materials such as fiber, textile, UPH mechanisms, packaging, wood, metal, casegoods, and paper lamination. This role requires strong negotiation skills and technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.

Job Description

  • Source and negotiate pricing for a wide range of raw materials including fiber, textiles, upholstery mechanisms, packaging, wood, metal, and laminated paper.
  • Collaborate with Design and R&D teams to ensure material compatibility and support product development.
  • Evaluate and manage supplier performance, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
  • Stay updated on market trends and material innovations to support strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in sourcing or procurement within the furniture or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings.
  • Technical understanding of materials and manufacturing processes, especially in furniture production.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, R&D, and production teams.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese; strong English proficiency
