About Our Client

My client is one of the most exciting and fastest growing high-end product company focusing on Vietnam market.

Job Description

  • Manage the company's overall core technology, organise the formulation and implementation of major technical decisions
  • Create and maintain top-class engineering bar for the team
  • Study the technical development route of the company
  • Responsible for development resources, formulate talent training and talent introduction plans, and build an efficient development team. Ideally will have an extensive network to attract top level talent
  • Conduct product planning and key node management and control. Be familiar with software engineering and software development rules, understand agile development.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong in technical architect
  • Strong in one of these languages: Java, Python, JS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills communicating with executive leaders.
