About Our Client
The key responsibility of this role is providing customer service excellence and managing key customers. On the strategic level, the successful candidate will drive the business in achieving the company business development framework.
Job Description
The successful candidate will take on the routine and strategic works as follow:
- Deliver excellent customer service for existing and future business partners.
- Regional market research/ market analysis.
- Extend the market presence.
- P&L Management.
- Manage and motivate staff in the Business Unit for continuous improvement, develop succession plans for key positions.
- Employees relations: recruit, train, develop, and retain talents.
The Successful Applicant
An ideal candidate is expected to have the below qualifications and competencies:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years related experience in apparel and footwear
- Leadership skill sets, used to manage a factory more than 200 headcounts
- Presentation, Analytic, Problem solving skill sets.
- Business acumen, customer service, and data driven.
