The Successful Applicant

  • A University degree in Animal Science or related field
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales, including understanding business impact and creating and managing against an annual budget, successfully leading an account team and has built an advanced proficiency in a core competency (SME).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with pig production, including understanding Production metrics
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Dynamics and Sales software, such as Power BI and Customer Engagement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to create contracts that mitigate risks and result in win win relationships with customers
  • Strong networking skills
  • Highly analytical, strong critical thinking skills
  • Innovative, highly self-motivated with the ability to respond to changing demands
  • Understand own leadership style and varies it to gain hearts and minds, High level of emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to coach/mentor/lead adhoc teams
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to speak and understand Vietnamese language
