About Our Client

Our client is specialized in PCBA, Electronics component.

Job Description

  • Serve as the primary quality point‑of‑contact for assigned suppliers, driving process control, quality assurance, and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain structured supplier quality systems aligned with global sourcing and customer requirements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using SCAR, CAPA, Kaizen, and customer feedback to drive measurable quality gains.
  • Manage non‑conformances arising from supplier audits, in‑process inspections, pre‑shipment inspections, product returns, complaints, and recalls.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and verify effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Partner with merchandising, sourcing, engineering, and logistics teams to remove quality and delivery risks.
  • Collaborate closely with global QA teams and third‑party service providers to ensure adherence to internal QA procedures, integrity policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Support strategic supplier management and key quality initiatives for critical product categories.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in supplier quality, QA engineering, or NPD within Electronics
  • Strong working knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA).
  • Familiarity with large‑scale retailer quality requirements, audits, and supplier performance management.
  • Analytical, hands‑on, and comfortable working independently in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese; Chinese language capability is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to suppliers and production sites.
