Job Description

Demand & Order Management: Consolidate sales requests, validate supply plans, and process purchase orders.

Supplier Coordination: Manage supplier relationships, monitor order status, resolve issues, and ensure accurate documentation.

Logistics & delivery monitoring: Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule shipments and update product availability timelines.

Track goods movement across transit points, ports, and warehouses.

Address operational issues such as transport delays, customs clearance, or product damage.

Ensure accurate shipment data and documentation in internal systems.

Inventory Control: Maintain stock records, analyze turnover, and prepare reports on inventory and goods in transit.

Process Optimization: Analyze KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Experience: 7+years in supply chain, logistics and procurement; international trading and export-import experience required.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of international trade flows, shipping documentation, and inventory management.

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel; Power BI and ERP systems preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

Languages: Excellent English; Chinese is a plus.
