Strategic Supply & Logistics Leadership

• Define and execute supply and logistics strategies that optimize asset utilization, service levels, and total landed cost.
• Lead the end‑to‑end supply planning process, ensuring alignment between demand, production, inventory, and distribution.
• Drive organization‑wide planning initiatives to enable agility, scalability, and long‑term growth.

Operational Excellence

• Plan, manage, and control the on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) distribution of finished goods to external distributors.
• Maintain optimal levels of finished goods, raw materials, and inputs while balancing service, cost, and cash flow.
• Strengthen supply network design and operational resilience, managing risks proactively and sustainably.
• Lead Total Quality Management (TQM) and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply and logistics function.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner closely with commercial, manufacturing, finance, regional teams, and external stakeholders to secure reliable and sustainable supply.
• Deliver commercially driven, value‑adding insights that support informed business decision‑making.
• Build strong collaborative relationships within the Functional Leadership Team and across the wider organization.

People & Leadership

• Build, develop, and scale a high‑performing supply and logistics team.
• Coach and mentor team members, executing robust development and succession plans.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and results orientation.
• Demonstrate strong leadership presence and stakeholder engagement, role‑modelling company values and leadership principles.
