Lead the development of accurate supply plans to support sales growth and service-level targets.
Build and continuously improve S&OP/IBP processes to enhance forecasting accuracy and alignment across functions.
Oversee raw material and finished goods inventory strategies to balance availability, shelf life, and working capital.

Logistics & Distribution

Direct logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and 3PL management.
Optimize network design, delivery lead times, transportation routes, and logistics costs.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all logistics operations.

Operational Excellence

Implement best practices in supply chain planning, inventory management, and logistics performance measurement.
Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging data and systems to improve visibility and decision-making.
Continuously monitor KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, OTIF, logistics cost-to-serve) and implement corrective actions.

Leadership & People Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing planning and logistics team.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on supply chain priorities and trade-offs.
