About Our Client

Our client is a global company specialising in nutrition for Livestock.

Job Description

- Provide expert-level technical guidance to swine producers across the region, focusing on productivity, health, nutrition, and welfare.

- Collaborate closely with Commercial Directors and their teams to align technical initiatives with commercial goals.

- Deliver on-farm technical support, conduct training, and facilitate knowledge-sharing with customers and internal teams.

- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and scientific advancements to develop and propose innovative technical solutions.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, including veterinarians, producers, and sales teams.

- Represent the company in technical forums, industry events, and customer meetings.

- Support the development and launch of new products and services through technical validation and field trials.

- Ensure effective documentation and reporting of technical support activities.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, or Animal Nutrition.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in swine technical roles, with significant exposure to farm-level operations.

- Strong commercial understanding and ability to integrate technical and business insights.

- Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively across different cultures and geographies.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is a strong advantage.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines.
