Job Description

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire diverse talent across all levels of the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create inclusive job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and community organizations.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and facilitate a fair and unbiased selection process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities, professional associations, and DEI-focused organizations.



Learning & Development:

  • Design, implement, and manage learning and development programs that promote DEI principles.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs related to DEI and organizational development.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses on topics such as unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, cultural competence, and more.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to integrate DEI principles into all L&D initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of working experiences in talent acquisition, learning and development, a related role with a strong emphasis on DEI would be a plus.
  • Efficient communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Efficient organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence others to achieve common goals.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in DEI, talent acquisition, and L&D.
