Asian footwear company seeking Professional Technician for Technical Reviewer.

Job Description

The Technician of Development will be in charge of the following tasks

  • Work closely with manufactures and suppliers to unsure footwear is being produced under the specification set by company, and comply with quality and fit standards set by company
  • Help and support factories set up and follow manufacturing processes accordingly to each model being produced
  • Inspect and release materials and components upon arrival at factory
  • Perform final inspection of goods and packaging based on company's AQL, before releasing goods for shipment

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Specialized Courses in footwear
  • More than 5 years of experience as technical reviewer in footwear quality and production management
  • Solid technical background.
  • Sound experience and knowledge of the manufacturing processes, from cutting, sewing, assembly, and final inspection procedures
  • Leadership spirit and ability to manage inspection teams
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Team player
  • Leadership skills
  • Experience in working with international brands.
