Job Description

  • Communicates and presents concepts clearly, precisely, and concisely;
  • Demonstrates conflict and problem resolution skills;
  • Establishes and write effective processes, policies and procedures;
  • Creates an environment where project team members and other stakeholders can constructively challenge behaviors and ideas;
  • Adaptability to new situations;
  • Problem Solving skills - Effectively leads the analysis and resolution of problems using a variety of techniques appropriate to the situation;
  • Involving the project team, the customer and stakeholders in the problem resolution as necessary;
  • Developing self & others - Able to work in a multicultural environment, across different countries and organizations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum degree in Engineering, preferably with Surveying knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years' working experience, preferably in similar capacity
  • Literate in software programming, CAD & Mapping software
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken - business level)
