Our client is a mid-to-large scale SaaS company with a strong presence across international markets. The business is in a high-growth phase, focused on expanding its global footprint and strengthening its commercial leadership team. This role is based in central Ho Chi Minh City and is open to Vietnamese candidates only.

Job Description

  • Own and deliver company-wide revenue targets, including acquisition, expansion, and retention
  • Define and execute global go-to-market (GTM) and sales strategies aligned with growth objectives
  • Build, structure, and scale a high-performing sales organization across regions
  • Establish robust sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
  • Partner closely with marketing to drive lead generation, conversion, and market positioning
  • Collaborate with customer success to maximize retention, upsell, and customer lifetime value
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and channel opportunities
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to continuously improve sales efficiency and productivity
  • Act as a core member of the executive team, contributing to overall business strategy

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (VP/Head of Sales or equivalent)
  • Proven track record in scaling revenue at growth-stage companies (e.g., $10M-$20M range or similar complexity)
  • Strong expertise across outbound and inbound sales models (SMB, mid-market, enterprise)
  • Experience designing and executing global GTM strategies (exposure to US, EU, or APAC markets preferred)
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, forecasting, and revenue planning
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing regional or distributed teams
  • Fluent English communication skills; international exposure is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
