Job Description

Enterprise Software Delivery Leadership

  • Own delivery outcomes for all strategic software and digital initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy, technology roadmaps, and execution
  • Act as the single point of accountability for delivery performance, risk, and value realization



Portfolio & Delivery Governance

  • Establish group‑wide delivery governance, prioritization, and performance management
  • Manage complex interdependencies across businesses and industries
  • Provide transparent, executive‑level reporting to Group leadership



Application Development & Engineering Excellence

  • Oversee all software development and platform delivery
  • Drive adoption of modern delivery practices (Agile, DevOps, cloud‑native)
  • Set standards for quality, security, scalability, and resilience



Digital Transformation Execution

  • Lead execution of large‑scale digital transformation and legacy modernization programs
  • Balance speed of delivery with operational stability and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure delivery is outcome‑driven, with clear business value realization



Vendor & Capability Management

  • Own strategic relationships with system integrators and technology partners
  • Optimize vendor performance, cost structures, and delivery risk
  • Build and strengthen internal software delivery and engineering capabilities



Leadership & Culture

  • Build and lead a high‑performing software delivery leadership team
  • Foster a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with CEOs, CIO/CTO, Risk, and Operations leaders across the ecosystem

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in software delivery, technology transformation, or large‑scale program leadership
  • Good command of Vietnamese language
  • Proven experience in senior executive or VP‑level delivery roles
  • Strong background in enterprise software development and transformation
  • Demonstrated success delivering across multiple business units or industries
  • Track record of managing large budgets, complex delivery portfolios, and external partners
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at CEO and Board level
