In this critical position you will manage the delivery of HR services across major segment of the business. You will act as the face of the business to HR and the face of HR to the Business and corporate HR. The position will have a high-frequency of interactions with Top management, Regional Team, Cross Function and External Partners.
The responsibility includes overseeing daily operations activities in the plant, not limited to production, engineering, quality, PMC, logistics & warehouse, IT, HR & Admin, Finance and etc.

This role requires someone who can strategize effectively, collaborate cross-functionally, and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure our total rewards offerings remain competitive and aligned with organizational goals.
The job entails spearheading global and local HR strategies, managing budgets, compensation and benefit, talent acquisition and retention, fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing the HR team in alignment with organisational objectives.
