The primary responsibilities for commercial head is to lead the commercial team to execute the marketing plan for the company imported feed raw material ingredients. Additionally, responsibilities include managing local FOT/distribution for imported raw feed materials, overseeing commercial sales of crush produce (meal and hulls) & sorted beans, and acting as the main contact for relationship management with regional team. The role aims to effectively deliver on the marketing objectives collaborating with local customers and stakeholders.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Managing Director will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company.
The responsibility includes overseeing daily operations activities in the plant, not limited to production, engineering, quality, PMC, logistics & warehouse, IT, HR & Admin, Finance and etc.
As a Regional Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies across the region to meet and surpass sales targets while ensuring alignment with the company's broader marketing objectives. This role requires the establishment and optimization of distribution networks and partnerships, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.
To strategy sales planning, manage and drive sales revenue through the total supply chain - distributors/wholesalers/end users- to achieve financial targets as assigned and contributes to the development and growth of Vietnam business
Our client is looking for regional technical sales profile to develop Viet Nam and Thailand market for them with main responsibilities included:- Building / grooming network of distributors and retailers - Marketing the products and support distributors to achieve the volume target - Coordinate with internal departments such as QC, R&D, Formulated, Technical support and regional sales.
